You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Cancellation and Refund policies.
For any issue with the functionality of the site work which we have done for our clients or any service that includes website designs, Internet marketing services, photography, social media, graphics work, print work, logo work, and content writing, please inform us within seven (7) days after the handover of the project work and we will rework and try our best to resolve the issue OR 75% of the project amount would be refunded/returned back to the client.
Any absence/delay/issue in service because of any third party like hosting, server, images, content writing, etc, we will not be responsible at all. Any efforts we have to put while coordinating/liaising with them has to be paid as per the standard rate of the company and will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
We take a careful approach to help you get the best Internet exposure possible. We guarantee the use of the best SEO practices possible, using only “white hat” SEO techniques to help you grow your rankings and traffic. And if given a long-term opportunity, we do guarantee you’ll see higher rankings and traffic from all our efforts.
We do not have control over the policies, and practices, of third-party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, Bed, and Breakfast.com, or similar sites/directories. We do not have control over third-party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.
The client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. The client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by us, on the client’s behalf. Visit our privacy page for more information.
Where there is any delay from the Client Organization to supply content, pictures, videos, or any other material to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount.
Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation and complete and final content in photography for the work pages.
During development, there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from your side and be made available on a daily basis in order to expedite the feedback process.
If the client fails to provide content materials, pictures, or any other information that will cause a delay of over 3 days in the project, there will be a waiting period of 30 days to reinstate your project into the pipeline.
On completion of the work, you will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. Nothing will be published without approval. You must notify us of any unsatisfactory points within Seven (7) days of project delivery.
Once the final revision is approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected, and the contract will be considered completed. Client organizations will receive website files, logins, and passwords of their website.
We will not be responsible for any claims or legal actions related to the content, graphic images, videos, registered company logos, names, and trademarks, or any other material supplied to us for your website.
Once the website is published, Prosperous Services grants the client organization the license to use the website and its related software and contents for the life of the website.
Prosperous Services (and any subcontractors we engage) will not at any time divulge any information that is proprietary to the client organization and will protect such information as confidential.
Any additional expense will be reimbursed to Prosperous Services by the client organization including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain name registration, web hosting, or comparable expenses.
Scenario 1: – Customer has booked their freight online, paid for the freight, and noticed the details are incorrect;
Scenario 2: – Customer has booked their freight online paid for the freight and now wishes to cancel the booking;
